Thousand of germs conglomerate on our cell phones from us coughing, eating while on hold, some of us while we are talking on it and from our own germ infested hands are enough reasons to want to clean our cell phones often. Many us want to but do not know what is safe to use on our electric appendages we call cell phones.
Well after all it is a very easy work, all what you have to do is :
First you will need to use something very soft to wife your cell phone with. Since cell phones are made with a wide variety of materials it is best to play it safe and use either a microfiber cloth or cotton balls. Unless you are a professional technician in the area of cell phone assembly don't dismantle your phone. Dismantling your phone is a quick way to void any warranty on your cell phone, too.
Second next you will need to use a non-abrasive, non-corrosive, quick drying solution. The best choice would be to use isopropyl alcohol; it's inexpensive, sold virtually everywhere and does not expire. Just as a precaution, it would not be wise to use the sanitation wipes on the market today since these products could contain chemicals that might your phone.
Finally the application of the cleaning solution is the tricky part. You will want to avoid any excess solution to get into your cell phone device as possible. Lightly moisten your microfiber cloth or cotton balls and carefully wipe down your cell phone. Be careful not to squeeze any excess solution out of the cleaning cloth or cotton balls. It is helpful if you only tackle a small area at a time. Be extra, extra careful around the key pad area. If you have a carrying case for your phone it won't hurt to give it a quick wipe down either.
